Protein shakes and cardio. A daily sweat walk, can ad Abs and squat ups was my routine younger. Can eat pasta for dinner if had a daily cardio. Raised a vegetarian meat one day a week in 20’s. Meant to wrinkle 25 wore night creamers aloe and Nivea… quit creamer too to not wrinkle but my mom never has and had amazing skin.
Complete meals to ad beans to rice and egg to complete the protein, I add potatoes to pasta like niobios to protein shakes.
Homemade bagels, mini sandwiches. Out of pancake mix too. Pizza, banana Doe Pizza. Homemade beer and Wigan raw chocolate wine. Chocolate shakes are recommended from my gymnast teacher, it had pleasure ingredients good for cancer example too. I assume to add to mental diet. I once read a cookbook knew local cuisine all and white sauce pastas. Seafood soup. Lobster for poor people haha for low cholesterol boiled fish. Is the name of a dish. I make the bagels out of a chia otra Hindu bread recipe, my college value is $330,000. Fresh fish like fresh tuna and rice. I recommend gallo pinto every day that works out as long as has eggs.
